The TT Modular Medic Pack 38 is designed for treating the wounded during operations by special police units. It can be worn over protective vests or attached directly to protective vests (adapter straps are supplied for this purpose).
The main compartment of the backpack can be pulled open completely and is equipped with six color-coded transparent pouches with hook-and-loop fasteners. There are also various attachment options for medical equipment. Two attached, wide-opening front pockets and a wide-opening lid compartment are designed for quick access to medical equipment, and there is also a removal option for disposable gloves on the front.

A dispenser for disposable gloves can be stowed in the lid. The withdrawel slot for the gloves is located on the front of the lid for quick access.
The zippered front pockets can be opened wide and have different interior layouts.
Rescue cloth (including larger models) can be attached to the bottom.
The padded shoulder straps can be removed and replaced with flat webbing straps with an integrated adapter connection to the protective vest. They remain on the backpack even after adaptation to the vest.
